Yes. We offer a 60-day pro-rated guarantee on direct hire placements.
Can Vector Talent Solutions source union positions?
Yes. When local union halls cannot fill a given position with current rolls, VTS can source union positions for your organization under agreement with the local hall(s).
What is the difference between contract to hire and leased labor?
Contract positions are often limited in duration and generally do not exceed 36 months. Leased labor positions are managed over an indefinite timeline and based on customer need.
Who is responsible for providing benefits to contract and leased employees?
As the employer of record, Vector provides all benefits to its non-union contract and leased labor workforce. Benefits for union employees are provided by the respective union.
